Postage & Delivery

UK - We use First Class mail for parcels under 2000 grams.

For parcels in excess of 2000 grams we use the signature on delivery Parcelforce 48 service.

If books are in stock we aim to send out parcels by the next working day. In the event of a possible delay we will contact the customer.

Parcelforce Standard or First Class is used however for customers in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles. A maximum of £4.50 is charged for postage. Minimum is £1.25. For packets we charge the price of the stamps required with a ceiling of £4.50

These areas in which we use Parcelforce Standard or First Class comprise Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man (Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25). Also Highlands and Islands of Scotland (Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50 and ZE).

International - We use Aimail unless the customer requests Surface rates. We will do our best to minimise costs by using Printed Matter rates when appropriate. We will advise the customer of the total cost before charging. For larger orders please contact us as we may be able to negociate a special rate for you.

VAT : There is no VAT charged on books in the United Kingdom

Refund and Return Policy

In the event of there being any problem with goods sent out please contact us as soon as possible. If unsure exactly which book you want please contact us first as we cannot refund postage if goods sent are in perfect order and are exactly what was requested.

We will refund or replace faulty goods if contacted within a month.
